With over 10 years of experience in complementary health Monika brings vast knowledge to Twin Wave. A fully qualified Hypnotherapist and Sound Therapy Practitioner, facilitating gong meditations and one to one sound treatments with Himalayan singing bowls. Monika is a facilitator of sound workshops in a wide range of environments, including schools, community groups and isolated communities. A recording artist of personalised meditation and relaxation audio tracks and a Creatrix of health and wellbeing products and services utilising sound, mindfulness, mentoring and hypnosis.
Monika also supported the very first The Calais Sessions in September 2015 which saw a group of musicians go the Calais Refugee Camp to create an album of music to generate funds for Refugees.
