FORMAT: We begin the first workshop session with the Rainbow Tree story followed by a physical drum workout of rhyme and rhythm exercises including the Rainbow Tree Song. The second workshop session begins with the Rainbow Tree song as spoken word leading to a calming and reflective meditation with gongs and singing bowls.
