Play with time

​We all follow many rhythms

​From the daily rise and shine to the habits and patterns we all enjoy, there is always a rhythm. I have heard football teams describe their pattern of play as offensive rhythms and quite often there is always some mechanical rhythm or natural rhythms (bird song) in our environments.

But the one thing that is with us all day is our heartbeat rhythm and the speed can fluctuate during the day. This and many of the other bio-rhythms make up a small part of the other rhythms all around us. Getting up, walking, cycling, changing the speed of the car engine or however we propel ourselves through life, we all have rhythms we experience daily. 

​There is a comfort in the fact that we are all moving forward but sometimes when we stop and look at these rhythms there are the moments we can review what is going on and find a way to repeat patterns or in some cases not to repeat patterns. Quite often we do not stand still long enough to look at recurring patterns but they are constantly all around us.
